Retail Leadership Lounge

Take a seat.

A weekly room to work on the leadership you carry into every role.

Retail Leadership Lounge is an independent live conversation for career-minded retail leaders. Bring one real situation and work on the part that belongs to your leadership. What you build here is yours to carry forward. When you lead at your best, your team gets your best.

Live and free on TikTok every Wednesday at 2:00 PM Pacific. This is a public conversation, so leave out names and company details.

The Lounge is the heart of RLL. Trainings and practical tools support the leadership development you choose to pursue between conversations.

Why retail

Retail is the industry that raised me.

Retail Leadership Lounge is how I give back to the leaders carrying it now.

Retail leaders are an underserved and overburdened community. RLL exists to help career-minded leaders be at their best so they can give their best to their teams—and improve the quality of leadership across the industry.

Most store managers learned to lead from another store manager. The way you lead now is what your team learns, and some of them will run stores of their own.

About the founder

John Constantino II

Experience is perspective, not prescription.

John Constantino II spent more than 30 years in retail leadership, including 24 years with the Giorgio Armani Corporation's A|X Armani Exchange division. He rose from Assistant Manager to Director of Retail, leading up to 24 stores, $95 million in annual revenue, and more than 800 employees.

RLL brings that perspective into a room where leaders can think more clearly—not receive someone else's answer.
